you were provided an actual aviation company Safety Manual. This is a very reputable and large company, with a very good Safety Manual supporting their SMS program. The manual has been altered for this exercise to help you identify errors in the manual content, while allowing you to see how a good example of Safety Manual content would look.
Assignment: This week you are required to review the Cover Page through page 3-3 of the Safety Manual for errors.( ATTACHED ) Identify at least five (5) of the eleven (11) errors placed in the document in this section. Report your findings with a brief explanation of how you would fix these deficiencies. Your report must include title information including your name and activity number.
