The crisis worker has shared information on what it takes to be an effective crisis intervention professional. For this assignment you submit notes on what you’ve learned from the video interview. In the video they discuss about if want to work be crisis worker you have to have a good judgement, common sense, likes to work in a crisis situation, be able to handle multiple things throw at them. they also want someone that will be experience, and know what their limits are and when to seek supervision when you need help.
