Problem Scenario Selection

This is the initial step of an upcoming research paper that I will be asking you to work on it in few days. the initial thing is to pick a scenario out of many attached. After the scenario is picked (please pick the topic that you could write the best paper on) After the topic is picked for this section provide an outline of the upcoming paper on that scenario. I will attach the sequence that the teacher wants you to follow writing the outline than the paper in the next assignment Please note some topics are Quantitative research some are Qualitative research topics, all into aviation topics

 Finally to recap, this initial assignment is to pick the topic and create an outline only in the next step, i would need to develop a paper based on the outline created in this initial step
