According to (Mwika, 2018) globalization has diversified the opportunities in the business world, but the it has also affected the prosperity of the organizations both negatively as well as positively. The author belongs to Mulungushi University aims to analyze the natural culture as well as success factors of perceived information system in the developing and emerging economies. The author intends to direct the companies looking for globalization by conducting comparative study using qualitative research methods through interviews of 4 multinational firms to address the challenges they might face while globalization. On the other hand, ( Tyebjee, 2002) aims to focus on the globalization challenges that are faced by companies growing at rapid pace. Since the bibliography topic is in context to the contemporary issue taken into consideration that is Globalization in Business, but the selected article explores the impact created by globalization on SME’s in emerging economics. Hence, in this way, the work of the author illuminates the bibliography to conduct the research on Globalization issue.
(Tyebjee, 2002) aims to focus on the globalization challenges that are faced by companies growing at rapid pace. The author who has pursued his education from Kwame Nkrumah University in the marketing and business targeting the businesses those are looking to identify the relationship between the globalization and export intensity in a business by performing qualitative research method on 10 companies that are part of the global market. On the other hand, (Mwika, 2018) describes that globalization has diversified the opportunities in the business world, but it has also affected the prosperity of the organizations both negatively as well as positively. The bibliography topic related to the contemporary issue taken into consideration is Globalization in Business, but the article has not only explored the concept of globalization in business world but also explored the challenges that are faced by the companies growing at rapid pace.
(Yiwu, 2008) described that globalization is an inevitable fact which has effected the business environment of the China. The business environment of China is effected in the globalization arises due to challenges which ranges from difficulties in low productivity, economic recessions, lack of financing, global sourcing and heavy regulatory burden. The author of this article who has pursued his education from the University of Minnesota in Business history intended to target the businesses those like to identify the cultural challenges related to globalization by considering the 12 Chinese people grounded in their local environment and performing questionnaire survey on them. On the other hand, (Edwin, 2015) aims to provide a strategic review of the impact created by globalization on the sustainability of business organizations and communities. The bibliography topic related to the contemporary issue which is taken into consideration is Globalization in business, but the author’s work has illuminated the bibliography topic as it explores the negative as well as positive impacts of globalization on the communities and businesses.
(Edwin, 2015) aims to provide a strategic review of the impact created by globalization on the sustainability of business organizations and communities. In addition to this, developing countries require to focus on the economic reconstruction, development of market supporting institutes etc to be part of globalization. The author has considered the companies of Europe and Asia as an intended audience for identifying the impact of globalization on business organizations’ and communities’ sustainability. The author of this article has pursued his education from the Convent University in Master of Business Administrators. On the other hand, (Yiwu, 2008) described that globalization is an inevitable fact which has effected the business environment of the China. The work of this article illuminates the bibliography topic as it also provides some recommendations for business managers, policy makers and communities for entering globalization market.
(Sohi, 2017) described that the companies which aim to get a share of global technology, capital and output, had to upgrade their economic and social institutions through legal, legislative and administrative reforms. The author has pursued his Master of Business Administrators from the Indian Institute of Management and intends to review the challenges of globalization in developing countries by considering Indian and Chinese telecommunication industry as an intended audience . On the other hand, (Verbeke, Coeurderoy & Matt, 2018) explore the types of exchange such as technology, people, FDI, etc required to be improved for entering a globalized market place. The bibliography topic selected is in context to the contemporary issue that is Globalization in business, but the author illuminates the bibliography topic by exploring not only the important aspects associated with the globalization but also by exploring the challenges of globalization in the developing countries.

The author has pursued his post-graduation from the University of Calgary and aims to discuss the corporate globalization phenomenon by considering the companies from wealthy regions such as North America and European as an intended audience. On the other hand, (Sohi, 2017) described that the companies which aim to get a share of global technology, capital and output, had to upgrade their economic and social institutions through legal, legislative and administrative reforms. The work of this author illuminates the bibliography as along with the globalization concepts, the author has also provided the economic exchange relationship of one country with other countries during globalization.
(Jahanian, 2016) described that the economic, political, cultural, legal and social dimensions are the dimensions which are necessary to be acquired by organizations in the globalization market. The author of this article has pursued his education from the Islamic Azad University in Psychology and intended to target the managers of globalized business for describing the issues such as cross cultural issues which might arise among the managers during globalization. On the other hand, (Sułkowski, 2012) provided arguments in context to the globalization of culture and contemporary management models. The work of this author has illuminated the bibliography topic which taken into consideration in context to globalization as it also explores the challenges and conflicts that can arise due to globalization in the organizations.

Whereas, (Jahanian, 2016) described that the economic, political, cultural, legal and social dimensions are the dimensions which are necessary to be acquired by organizations in the globalization market. The work of this author illuminates the bibliography topic taken into consideration in context of the globalization as it explores the two integration trends in contemporary culture.
(Harvey, Fisher, McPhail & Moeller, 2009) described that globalization of business can create significant impact on the decision making processes of managers who are responsible interrelated complex decisions. The author who has pursued his education from the University of Arizona in marketing field and has published 277 research items, intended to analyze the decision-making capabilities of 12 managers as an intended audience. Whereas, (Egole, 2014) presented arguments in context to globalization and discussed emerging trends associated with globalization. The work of the author has illuminated the bibliography topic as the article not only provided brief overview regarding globalization, but also provided the importance of global decision making processes of the global managers.

The author who has pursued his education in Sociology from Abia State University implications associated with the contemporary work trends for organizations in Nigeria due to globalization. The author considers the Nigerian Information and Communication Technology as the intended audience. Whereas (Harvey, Fisher, McPhail & Moeller, 2009) described that globalization of business can create significant impact on the decision making processes of managers who are responsible interrelated complex decisions. The work of this author has illuminated the topic of bibliography which is taken in context to the contemporary issue as the author has not only introduces the concepts of globalization as an issue in the business world but also discovers the emerging trends in the contemporary business culture.
