2 paragraphs answering discussion board questions

“The fact that is a key, probably the essential key, to the whole
social question, if we try to see that question really from the point of view of
man’s good” (Paul II, 1981, p. 7).
In the above quote, Pope John Paul II proclaims that work is a social
issue. If this is true, then why are we not addressing the need for all to work
and for equality in pay?  Why are there not enough jobs for all those who
desire to work?  How is work a?
