I have a better understand of how to use context clues, after watching the video. In the future I will pay more attention to what I read. I will find similarities and differences in words, and use them instead. I will also look for clues in sentences to help me better understand the meaning of the word.

1. There are 4 types of context clues. Examples, Synonyms, Antonyms, and General sense of the sentence or passage.

2. Yes, I now have a better understanding on how to use context clues. After watching the video and reading the chapter I know what I need to do when I have came to an unfamiliar word.

3. The first step I will take when I come to an unfamiliar word is, look at their context which is the words around them to get a better understanding on what the sentence or passage is talking about.
