Future Roles of Women in Elite Units

I need a summary of my order number #GT31988 Future Roles of Woman in Elite Units. I have to make a power point and brief the overall intent/summary of this paper to my class.  I have to do a presentation of this paper and express the main points to express to my classmates. Could you please develop a power point for me and develop a script that I can study so I can memorize this script to use as my speech/pitch.
