Urgent summary needed for a 4000 words article.

I am looking for someone who can write a summary for me using only 250 words. The summary should not include any outside source or too many details, just the main ideas. Should also not include direct quotes or mentioning of the sources used in the article. For example, the writer of the article supports their statement by bringing an outside source, however the summary would say “The author has provided several examples from different colleges/researches who discuss the benefits / drawbacks of AI in higher education”. I am attaching the article and a sample summary of how my summary should look like, alongside a rubric.
