Directions: This is an assessment of grading proficiency with a sample assignment for you to grade. Read the directions, review the hypothetical student’s work.

There is a FEEDBACK label below each part of the assignment. For each chart, write out explicitly what is incorrect. Do not just say the totals or the chart are wrong. A student would not find that to be useful feedback. If the totals are wrong then what is the correct total and what did the student do to get the wrong total? Note that charts for all HIM classes must have descriptive titles and labels. Add lines as needed.

Assignment #1: Students created several basics graphs in Excel for this assignment.

a) Frequency table – Students were instructed to complete the frequency table below by calculating the percentage of discharges and the cumulative percentages. Here is the student submission:
