Day 1: How did the events of 9/11 shape your attitudes towards immigrants, war and/or Muslims? If you do not remember the events of 9/11 then how did it shape your family members views regarding these topics?
Day 2: Muslim is a religious label and does not pertain to race. yet the line between racism & religious discrimination is often blurred. How comfortable or uncomfortable are you with people of a different religious belief than yourself? Why or why not?
Day 3: Find someone who has very different attitudes than yourself on buzz topics like race or same sex marriage. Ask them how they believe that their attitudes on these issues were formed.
Day 4: Spend some time researching positive facts or videos about a group that you have previously had negative attitudes about. Did the new information change the way that you viewed the particular group?
Day 5: How do your attitudes impact or shape your behavior? For example, if you have negative attitudes towards someone or something then how does this shape how you behave towards that person or experience?
