This white paper is to be presented to the senior management of Hilton Hotels in regards to a new opportunity in the offing at the Maasai Mara National Park in Kenya. Here, one of the world greatest spectacles happens between the months of April, may, June, July, and August. It is called the Great Migration. The great wild beast migration is one of the seven new wonders of the world, also known as the world cup of wildlife (Akama, 1999). It is characterized by the crossing of the Mara River by over two million wild beasts migrating from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to Maasai Mara National Park in Kenya.
