This organisation has been through a few name changes, but essentially has always had the same vision. Founders Peggy and Harold Garner established this organisation to support their disabled son, along with others with a disability. They believed that through employment and support, people with disabilities can develop confidence, independence and life skills to lead a fulfilled everyday life in a world where there are no barriers.
I am inspired by this organisation because I feel that everyone has something to offer and contribute to society. This organisation ensures that people with a disability can fulfil their dreams and aspirations.

Green Canopy is a for profit company that aims to regenerate communities and environments. They build homes that lessen and combat negative impacts of climate change and resource scarcity.
This company inspires me because I feel it is imperative that we begin to live harmoniously with the environment if we are the protect the planet for future generations.

Google allows employees to spend 20% of their time (or 1 day of a 5day working week) to work on projects that interest them. This enables creativity to follow and innovators to pursue their ideas. This has resulted in additional google products such as Gmail, Google News, Google Now etc.
I feel inspired by this company because it is important for creativity to be nurtured so that new ideas can be developed and grow.
