. Our mission statement is the backbone of the company. Our marketing, operations, technology, management, and social responsibility sections reflect that. We strive to build our company and improve our position one bottle at a time. We want to bring forth customers by showing our passion for what we do.  We will do this by using our values in our everyday operations. Our slogan “Better Together” represents our core values. We as a company cannot survive without our community.  We use photos of our local parks, creeks, rivers, and families to symbolize our love for the community, family, and nature in our marketing.  By using the newest technology we are able to bring forth our mission statement by streamlining the process and creating less pollution in the manufacturing process. Our management team will work closely with our employees to not only to manage the team but to assist if needed. If a team member is out sick management will know the ends and outs and will be able to jump in to assist. There will even be trainings for the management teams that will allow them to work the line to keep their skills up to date. The social responsibility section of our business plan should be as transparent as possible. It is not only our goal to provide the best products but it is also our responsibility to shed light on our community.
