As a team, propose an evaluation system to assess the effectiveness of your recruitment and selection systems. Evaluate the staffing metrics in Chapter 13 and then decide which metrics to use to assess the staffing system your team created. How will you know if your new recruitment and selection system is working? Identify any potential barriers to the effective implementation of your recruitment and selection system and propose strategies for coping with them. Talk about how your line manager counterparts will be part of this evaluation system.
